All driver-partners are issued Rapidus e-badge once your account has been approved. The use of e-badges is important and highly encouraged at pickup and dropoff locations.
To access your e-badge, please open the Rapidus Driver app on your mobile device and select the Settings option.
You will find the Show Badge option below your photo. Tap on it.
The screen will show your Rapidus e-badge. Here is an example of one.
Please use your e-badge when meeting with shippers to ensure they understand what delivery are you performing and can contact you if needed.
